SPECIAL NOTICE - INCA LILIES may take up to 2 months to establish themselves. Since they are extremely fragile, stems are not guaranteed. However, the roots will generate new growth within 1-2 months with proper care. See PLANT INFO for planting instructions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMINOLOGY EX-GROUND (bare roots) - plants are lifted from the soil, leaves and roots may be trimmed down (see pics above). FUTURE RELEASE - plant may not be available for another year or more.
MAIL ORDERS: ALL plants are supplied EX-GROUND. Since weight and size of packaging are factors that determine the cost of delivery, we generally select small, young plants, where possible. Plants which are not suitable for whatever reason on day of dispatch, will be substituted at our own discretion if substitutes were not specified with your order.
COLLECTIONS: Plants to be collected are also supplied EX-GROUND. See pics above.

HOW TO ORDER

Allow 24-48 hours for confirmation of your order.
Plants are subject to availability and are sold on a first-pay, first-serve basis. Availability cannot be guaranteed if orders are not paid within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Allow 7-14 days after payment for collection / dispatch. Date will be confirmed.
DELIVERY OPTIONS (estimates) 1. COURIER (6.5% tariff increase from 1 Oct 2019): a. Delivery to your DOOR (weekdays) The most cost-effective options for parcels to MAIN AREAS (CT / George / PE / EL / DBN / PMB / Polokwane / Nelspruit / Kimberley & Bloemfontein) are: * NEXT DAY BY 10:30 delivery for parcels under 2 kg @ R160 & R110 (Jhb/Pta); or * 24-48 HOUR delivery for parcels 2-5 kg @ R160 & R110 (Jhb/Pta).
Deliveries 50 km out of a main centre will incur a regional surcharge and will affect delivery times (an additional 24-48 hrs) including deliveries to chain stores, mines, power stations, plots and farms, rural areas, game reserves, etc.
b. PARGO offers a cost-effective delivery service toOUTLAYING AREAS. Orders may be collected from a Pick-up Point (PUP) near you. Many PUP's like Clicks and Caltex offer extended hours for your convenience. Upto 5 kg @ R90, delivery may take 3-5 business days. Visit www.pargo.co.za to locate a PUP. NOT suitable for INCA LILY deliveries.
c. Delivery to a POSTNET counter @ R120 for upto 5 kg (delivery within 1-3 business days).
d. Only Gladioli corms may be delivered via: i. PAXI to a Pep Stores counter @ R60 (delivery within 7-9 business days); or ii. ARAMEX to your door @ R120: - MAIN AREAS (next day by 12:00) - OUTLAYING AREAS (delivery within 1-3 business days)
2. POST OFFICE (SAPO) - ordinary domestic parcel: A tracking number will be provided to collect from your post office. 5 kg @ R80 and delivery may exceed 7 business days. NOT suitable for INCA LILY deliveries..
3. COLLECTIONS: Saturdays only, strictly by appointment. Please take note that we are not open for business when orders are collected.
We will not be held liable for any DELAYS with DELIVERIES, LOSSES or DAMAGES suffered, once plants have left our premises.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
No upfront payment is required when placing an order. Once an order has been confirmed, an invoice will follow for payment within 7 days, failing which, the order will be cancelled without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel an order should plants become unavailable for whatever reason.
Refunds will be processed via EFT within 48 hours of receipt of banking details.
Bank charges on cash deposits are NOTrefundable.
Quotes for delivery via courier are estimates. Should the actual cost of delivery exceed the estimated cost, you will be notified within 30 days of dispatch and invoiced for the difference.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: NO CASH or CARD TRANSACTIONS handled on-site.
