MAIL ORDERS: ALL plants are supplied EX-GROUND. Since weight and size of packaging are factors that determine the cost of delivery, we generally select smaller or younger plants, where possible. Plants which are not suitable for whatever reason on day of dispatch, will be substituted at our own discretion if substitutes are not listed on the ORDER form.

Plants are subject to availability and are sold on a first-pay, first-serve basis. Availability cannot be guaranteed if orders are not paid within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Allow up to 7 days after payment for your order to be dispatched. Date will be confirmed.
DELIVERY OPTIONS 1. COURIER: a. Delivery to your DOOR The most cost-effective options for parcels to MAIN AREAS are: * NEXT DAY BY 10:30 delivery for parcels under 2 kg; or * 24-48 HOUR delivery for parcels 2 - 5 kg.
b. To your nearest POSTNET counter.
c. Pargo offers a cost-effective delivery service to their Pick-up Points in OUTLAYING AREAS. NOT recommended for INCA LILY orders.
2. POST OFFICE (SAPO): ORDINARY PARCEL service with a Track & Trace reference number. NOT recommended for INCA LILY orders.
3. COLLECTIONS: Saturdays only - strictly by appointment.
We will not be held liable for any DELAYS with DELIVERIES, LOSSES or DAMAGES suffered, once plants have left our premises.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
No upfront payment is required when placing an order. Once an order has been confirmed, an invoice will follow for payment within 7 days, failing which, the order will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel an order should plants become unavailable as a result of hail damage, disease, etc.
Bank charges payable on direct bank deposit fees are NOTrefundable.
Refunds will be processed via EFT within 48 hours of receipt of banking details.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: NO CASH or CARD TRANSACTIONS handled on-site.
